"I used to work selling my body on the corner of "La Buena Fe" tavern. I wanted to find a good man who would marry me, but among so many drunks, I couldn't find him. Then an Alcoholics Anonymous center opened on the other side of the block, and that's how I met a sober man who loved me for who I am, and we got married. I stopped working as a prostitute. I am grateful for this obvious miracle.
